- brake the car with a parking brake;
- raise the front of the car and place it on supports;
- remove the wheel;
- remove the brake pads;

- disconnect the brake hose 3 (pic. 9.7) from brake pipe 1;
- remove the holding element 2;
- plug the brake pipe so that brake fluid does not leak;
- remove the brake hose;

- unscrew the fastening bolts 1 (pic. 9.8) guide support and remove the brake mechanism.
Install the front brake mechanism in the following order:
- fix the brake mechanism to the steering knuckle by installing new bolts 1 (see fig. 9.8) and having previously applied a locking compound to the thread;
- tighten bolts 1 to 105 Nm;
- connect brake hose 3 (see fig. 9.7) to the caliper with a tightening torque of 15 Nm;
- install retaining element 2;
- connect the brake hose to the brake pipe 1 and tighten it to 15 Nm;
Attention! Be careful not to kink the brake hose.
- remove air from the hydraulic drive of the brake mechanisms;
- install brake pads;
- reinstall the wheel by tightening the bolts to a torque of 85 Nm;
- lower the front of the car.
Attention! Make sure the brake hose does not touch the wheel when it is fully turned, otherwise replace the brake hose.
