- remove the wheel on the right side;

- unscrew bolt 2 (pic. 7.20);
- remove washer 1 and plug 3;

- apply to the threaded part of the bolt 1 (pic. 7.21) and its end face with a thin layer of lubricant and wrap it into the lever until it stops against the rod;
- tighten the bolt until the lever is removed;

- on the left side unscrew the bolt 2 (pic. 7.22) and remove washer 1;
- remove the stabilizer bar along with the left arm.
Install the rear suspension stabilizer bar in the following order:
- thoroughly clean the splines of the rod and levers from dirt;
- before installing, apply grease to the splines on both ends of the stabilizer bar and inside the arms, as well as to the threaded rod and the contact surfaces of the washer and nut;

- install new seals (pic. 7.23) (seal diameter on the right side - 53 mm, on the left - 58.5 mm);

- connect lever 1 (pic. 7.24) with stabilizer bar 2, aligning mark A with the axis of the lever;
- using a hammer, put the lever on the stabilizer bar;
- on the left side, insert the bar into the tube located in the crossbar and push the bar until the lever stops against the shoulder;
- reinstall the parking brake cable bracket;
- install washer 1 (see fig. 7.22) and tighten bolt 2 to 32 Nm;

- on the right side, lubricate the oil seal with KLUBER PROBA grease and install the stem 2 (pic. 7.25) with lubricant applied to it;
- install the lever so that its slot is aligned with the mounting hole;
- install the washer and tighten the nut 1;
Note. If you have to apply excessive force when tightening, you should upset the lever with a blow from a pipe of the appropriate diameter. Hit from the left side.
- install probe 3 with a thickness of 1 mm between the lever and the shoulder;
- stop tightening nut 1 when the lever rests against the gasket;
- remove the device;
- install washer 1 (see fig. 7.20) and tighten bolt 2 to 32 Nm;
- install plug 3;
- install the car on the wheels, tightening the mounting bolts with a torque of 85 Nm.
