Removal and installation of levers of screen wipers (Peugeot 206)

Remove the wiper arms in the following order:

• turn on and then turn off the wiper motor;
• stick adhesive tape on the glass along the wiper blade to mark the initial position of the blade;

• remove the caps from the nuts of the lever drive shaft and unscrew the nuts 1 (pic. 10.8);

• move the brush away from the glass and remove the lever from the shaft using a puller (pic. 10.9).

Install the wiper arms in the following order:

• clean the splines of the lever shaft and the wiper arm itself;
• install the lever on the shaft, aligning the brush with the strip glued to the glass;
• tighten the nut and install the cap.
