- plug set 0188-T;
- solvent SODIMAC No. 35 (supplied in spare parts);
- brush;
- tank for cleaning.
Remove the fuel filter in the following order:
- disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery;
- remove the protection under the power unit;
- install a container under the engine to collect liquids;

- unscrew the bleed screw 1 (pic. 4.86);
- clean the fuel filter fittings;

- disconnect tubes 3 and 5 (pic. 4.87);
- wait for the diesel fuel to run out completely;
- close the holes with plugs 2 using the tool;
- close pipes 4 on the fuel filter;

- install bushing 22mm (pic. 4.88) on the lid;
- press the cover and at the same time turn a quarter of a turn;

- remove cover 1 (pic. 4.89);
- remove corrugated washer 2;
- remove the filter element 3;
- remove the seal 4 of the fuel filter.
Clean the fuel filter in the following order:
- wait for the fuel to flow out of the fuel filter housing 5;
- disconnect the tubes under the filter element housing;
- close the holes with plugs using the tool;
- release from the clamps and lift the fuel filter housing;
- remove the fuel filter 3;
- pour the composition recommended for cleaning into the tank;
- clean the fuel filter with the tool;
- dry the fuel filter before reinstalling.
Attention! Use only RESISTEL material (supplied in spare parts), do not use compressed air.
Install the fuel filter in the following order:
- install a new filter element 3;
- install corrugated washer 2;

- install cover 1;
Attention! Position cover 1 (pic. 4.90) and tube 2 perpendicular to the engine (so that mark A is located on the side of the air filter).
- install the 22 mm sleeve on the cover;
- press cover 1 and at the same time turn it a quarter of a turn;
- remove tool 1 (see fig. 4.87);
- connect pipes 3 and 5;
- connect the wire to the negative battery terminal;
- carry out programming of all electronic devices of the car;
- fill the filter with fuel, for which turn the ignition on and off several times (about 6 times);
- check for fuel leaks after starting the engine.
