Turn away bolts (2).
Slide the front door (1) in the direction of the arrow «A».
Move the door wiring harness cover (3).
Disconnect connectors (4).
Remove front door (1).
Note. To access the door bolt (5), it is necessary to remove the front fender seal.
Remove the front fender.
Detach the retainer (12) overlays (13) front wing with a thin screwdriver and remove the trim.
Installation and adjustment
Loosen the bolts (5) loops (6).
Note. If more door gap adjustments are needed, the positioning pin can be removed (7) using a pin extractor.
Loosen the bolt (9) and remove the center pin (8).
Loosen the bolts a quarter of a turn (10), so that the door closes without touching the bracket (11).
Install the door (1) using the support [1].
Reconnect the connectors (4). Tighten the bolts (2).
Loosen the bolts again (2) ¼ turn.
Tighten and loosen ¼ turn bolts (5) loops (6).
Align front door gaps with front fender and rear door (in zones «IN», «WITH», «D»).

Adjust and check the gaps and align the door at the points «E», «F», «G», «H», «I» with bolts (2), (5), (10).
After adjusting, tighten:
- bolts (2) torque 19 Nm;
- bolts (5) torque 19 Nm;
- bolts (10) torque 17 Nm.
Check the tightness of the door.
Install the parts in reverse order.
Check the operation of the electrical equipment.
