- automatic inclusion of lanterns of the emergency light alarm system;
- controlled headlights;
- impulse control of fog lights;
- automatic inclusion of headlights of a passing beam on a signal of the double sensor of a rain and illumination.
Lights are switched on and off either manually by means of a switch connected to the switch box under the steering wheel or contactors, or automatically if the operating mode is selected, in which the dipped beam headlights are switched on and off depending on the illumination. Switch-on or switch-off requests are received by the BSI 1 and BSM units, which control the outdoor lighting devices. This happens on commands coming directly from the BSI 1 or BSM units via the CAN CAR network.
Note. The reversing and brake lights are switched on directly by the respective contactors. Contactor status information is read by BSI 1.
