Note. The wiring harness may vary depending on the engine variant. At the same time, the same type of arrangement of the components shown in the chapter is preserved.
All electrical functions and parts are protected by fusible links that protect the vehicle's electrical circuit from damage in the event of a short circuit or overload. Safety blocks are located in two places.
1. Relay / fuse box in the engine compartment.
2. Fuse box in the passenger compartment with soundproof lining on the driver's side.
Special tweezers for dismantling and spare fuses are located on the back of the cover of the fuse box in the instrument panel. To access them, turn the screw a quarter of a turn to the left. Remove the cover from the latches by pulling it from the top right side. Remove the cover completely and remove the tweezers.
Before replacing a blown fuse, the cause of the fault must be determined and corrected.
Identify a blown fuse by the condition of its fuse.
A blown fuse should always be replaced with a new one of the same rating.
Check that the fuse rating matches the designations in the diagram, which is shown on the inside of the unit cover, and refer to the tables below.
Electrical fuse box in the dashboard
The fuse box is located under the instrument panel (From the left side).
Fuse box in the engine compartment
The fuse box is located in the engine compartment near the battery (spruce side).
1. In order to gain access to the fuses, remove the cover from the latches.
2. Replace the fuse (see relevant section).
3. Close the fuse box cover carefully after finishing work.

* High current electrical fuses provide additional protection for electrical equipment circuits. All work with them should be carried out only at the service station.
