Removing
Place the car on a lift.
Attention. After turning off the ignition, wait 15 minutes before disconnecting the battery to ensure that the trip computer and ECU settings are remembered.
Disconnect the battery.
Empty the cooling circuit.
Disconnect the flowmeter connector. Remove the front bumper (see section «Body»).
Disconnect the degassing tube from the radiator (1) in the zone «A».
Remove clamp (4) and shield (6).
Remove the air intake resonator (5). Disconnect the bottom hose (2) from the cooling system radiator.
Disconnect the top hose (3) cooling system radiator.
Turn away bolts (7).
Note. Bolt access (7) carried out with a screwdriver through the bumper fittings.
Slightly move the radiator of the cooling system towards the engine.
Remove the cooling system radiator in an upward direction.
When installing, make sure that the lower rubber ring on the cooling system cushion is present.
Installation
Install the cooling system radiator into the pillow.
Install the parts in reverse order.
Reconnect the battery.
Fill and bleed the engine cooling system.
