Disconnect the battery.
Remove the following parts:
- protective battery cover;
- battery;
- battery bracket;
- engine protection.
Attention. On vehicles with EP6DT engines, reinstall the plugs at the air inlet and outlet of the turbocharger heat exchanger, the air inlet and outlet of the turbocharger, and the air inlet of the intake air distributor.
Remove the following parts:
- cover (1) support plate! (air inlet);
- air deflector (2);
- air supply tube (3) from the turbocharger;
- air filter cover (4).
Remove the following parts:
- filter element (5);
- air filter housing mount (in the zone «A»);
- fastening (6) air supply pipe;
- mounting plate (7) air supply pipe;
- air inlet pipes (8), (9), (10);
- air filter housing (11).
Disconnect connector (in the zone «b»), Remove the following parts:
- fastening of a pipe of removal of air from a turbocharger (to the zone «With»);
- clamps (12) outlet air pipe of the turbocharger;
- air connection (13) turbocharger;
- mounts (14), (15) intermediate inlet throttle tube.
Loosen clamp (16).
Remove intermediate inlet tube (17) throttle valve.
Release the tube of the crankcase ventilation system (18) (in the zone «d» And «e»).
Remove the following parts:
- collar (19);
- inlet tube (20) throttle block.
Disconnect the air pressure sensor (in the zone «f»).
Loosen the bolts! mounts (21) intake manifold.
Disconnect the adsorber bleeder tube (22).
Check the presence and position of the rubber gaskets on the intake manifold (in the zone «d»).
Remove the following parts:
- fastening (23) back matte (on the throttle body);
- fastening (24) rear bracket (on the cylinder block);
- rear bracket (20) (intake manifold).
Disconnect the handset (10) boost pressure control valve.
Move the coolant supply pipe to the turbocharger.
Turn away bolts (11), (12) and remove the turbocharger bracket (13).
Loosen the mounting bolt (14) oil return pipes (15) from the turbocharger.
Disconnect the oil return pipe (15) from the turbocharger.
Loosen the fixing screws (16) and remove the turbocharger assembly (17) and exhaust manifold (18).
Loosen the mounting bolts (19) heat shields.
Remove the bottom heat shield (20) and exhaust manifold gasket (21). Loosen the fixing nuts (22) exhaust manifold.
Separate the exhaust manifold (18), turbocharger (17) and sealing gasket (23).
Attention. All removed seals must be replaced with new ones.

Install the parts in reverse order.
