Gasoline engines
Attention. Before starting any work on the fuel circuit, relieve pressure in the fuel supply system using the fitting (in the zone «With»). Unclip the fuel line (in the zone «A») and lower it into a container to drain the fuel.
Disconnect the fuel pipe in the area «b».
Connect the connecting hose for bleeding the fuel filter 1604 V / C to the fuel pipe (in the zone «b»).
Attach the connecting hose to the pressure gauge 1604-A.
Start the engine.
Check for leaks.
Increase the pressure and read the value obtained: 5±0.2 bar.
Stop the engine.
To avoid leakage of fuel when disconnecting the fuel fittings, bleed the fuel supply system using the fitting in the zone «With». Reinstall the removed components:
Start the engine again and check the system for leaks.
