Install the gearbox housing.
Attention. Check for oil bushing in hole «e» gearbox housing.
Tighten the bolts (71) torque 125 Nm.
Tighten the screws (73) with new washers with a torque of 20 Nm.
Install:
- locking plate (70) fork finger (flat part on the undercut of the finger);
- split ring (74) into the groove of the bearing;
- bolts (72) (tighten torque 15 Nm).
Install:
- spacer ring (79) shoulder to the bearing;
- 5th gear thrust bushing (78);
- 5th gear drive gear (77);
- synchro assembly (75) And (76).
Engage 3rd or 4th gear using the gear selector.
Engage 5th gear.
Remove the input shaft nut.
Apply E6 to the output shaft threads.
Tighten the output shaft nut to 65 Nm and lock it by bending the metal plates so that they enter the splined grooves of the shaft.
Remove: 5th gear synchronizer hub and 5th gear fork.
Remove the 5th gear hub-synchronizer assembly.
Note. Observe the markings made during disassembly (as shown by arrows).
Press the locking ball into its seat in the area «g», by pressing the hub-synchronizer assembly (as shown by arrows).
Engage 3rd or 4th gear using the gear selector.
Engage 5th gear.
Apply E6 to the input shaft threads.
Tighten the input shaft nut to 725 Nm and lock it.
Connect the fork and its pin to the pin (81) (new).
Apply E15 sealant to the 5th gear housing.
Wrap the cork (83) level control without tightening.
Install bolts (82) and tighten to 125 Nm.
Tighten the stopper (83) torque 22 Nm.
