1. Both front and rear doors are removed according to the same principle. Open the door you want to remove and support it from below (without lifting).
2. The axes of the upper and lower hinges have plastic caps at the ends. After removing the caps, the axles are removed using a special tool "Peugeot". In the absence of a tool, the axles can be carefully knocked out. Before removing the hinge pins, the roll pin must be pulled out of the door stop.
3. The door is installed in the reverse order. Replace worn axles with new ones and lubricate them before installation. Upon completion, close the door and check how it stands on the opening.
4. The position of the door is adjusted on the halves of the hinges located on it, which are attached to the door with 2 bolts. Before loosening the hinge bolts, mark the position of the hinges on the door to give you a reference point.
5. The door latch is secured with two countersunk bolts (see photo). A hex wrench is required to adjust the latch position.
