1. Loosen the clamp securing the vacuum hose to the brake booster and carefully disconnect the hose from the valve.
2. Loosen and remove the 2 nuts securing the master cylinder to the servo. Very carefully move the master cylinder forward so as to remove it from the studs on the servo. If you succeed, you do not need to disconnect the brake pipes, and subsequent bleeding of the system is not required, if not, you will have to remove the master cylinder, as indicated in the previous section.
3. Remove the spring clip that secures the pivot pin at the junction of the brake pedal with the pusher of the servo booster, and remove the pin.
4. Unscrew and remove the 4 nuts securing the servo amplifier to the bulkhead of the engine compartment. Remove 4 washers and then the servo amplifier.
5. Installation of the servo amplifier is carried out in reverse order. If you removed the master cylinder, you should bleed the brakes (see section 3).
