2. Preparatory measures are indicated in chapter 7, section 2, paragraphs 2-7. First of all, however, it is necessary to remove the 2 bolts of the middle mount of the stabilizer (see photo). Do not touch the 2 nuts and bolts on the clamps on the shock absorber itself. after installation, they must be adjusted using a special tool.

3. After removing the lower suspension arm from one side, remove the cotter pin, washer and washer from the opposite end of the stabilizer and lower the machine onto the wheels.
4. Remove the bolts of the two stabilizer mounts, raise the front of the machine and remove the stabilizer by tilting its free end. Remove the washer and spacer ring from the second end of the stabilizer just detached.
5. Carefully inspect the middle stabilizer mount for deformation and cracks and check that it cannot rotate freely. If it is in good condition, it may not be replaced. If it requires replacement, see the next section.
6. Installation of the stabilizer is carried out in the reverse order. see also chapter 7, section 2, because to align the lower suspension arms, you will need to load the front of the machine.
7. Before installing the stabilizer, coat both ends with Kluber Proba 270 Altemp grease (part N 9730.67). If you have removed or replaced the stabilizer center mount, preload it before tightening the outer mount bolts (see next section).
