Checking the coolant level
1. Check should be made on the cold engine.
2. If there are marks on the wall of the expansion tank, check that the fluid reaches the maximum level mark.
3. If there are no marks, press the expansion tank cap and turn it counterclockwise. Remove stopper. There must be either a plate or a tube inside the filler neck, on which the maximum and minimum liquid levels must be indicated. Check that the fluid reaches the maximum level mark.
4. If necessary, top up with fluid until the maximum level is reached and replace the plug.
Coolant replacement
5. Drain the coolant and flush the system (see section 4 and section 6). Fill the system with fresh coolant (see section 8).
