2. The only way to assess the condition of an engine is to completely disassemble it. If you then decide that the engine needs to be replaced, you can "rough" collect it.
3. Remove the following equipment from the engine (see relevant chapters):
- A. distributor (see chapter 4).
- b. Fuel pump with pilot plunger (see chapter 3).
- V. Carburetor (see chapter 3).
- d. Intake and exhaust manifolds (see chapter 3).
- e. Water pump and fan (see chapter 2).
- e. Starter (see chapter 10).
- and. Ignition coil, diagnostic socket and TDC sensor along with their wires (see chapter 4).
- h. Ambient liquid temperature sensor (see chapter 2).
- And. Oil pressure sensor.
- k. Thermostat with its housing (see chapter 2).
- l. Oil filter and dipstick tube.
- m. Clutch (see chapter 5).
If you are going to replace the engine, you should check which accessories it comes with.
