1. Remove the gearbox.
2. Make alignment marks on the clutch pressure plate and flywheel and then gradually loosen the 6 bolts securing the pressure plate. Remove bolts, pressure plate and driven plate.
3. Inspect clutch parts as described above (but skipping paragraphs 5 and 9). It is impossible to sort out the clutch basket yourself, but it can be replaced independently of the flywheel. The flywheel can be reground if its thickness does not decrease below the allowable (this work must be carried out by a specialist).
4. Start clutch installation by attaching the driven disc to the flywheel (disc can only be installed in one position). To prevent the disc from falling, fix it in place with a centering tool that you can make yourself (see photo).
5. Install the pressure plate, aligning the marks made when it was removed (if an old disk is installed). Insert 6 bolts and grab them to hold the pressure plate in place.
6. Check that the driven disk is centered (this can be done with an old transmission drive shaft). If the disc is not centered, you will not be able to insert the drive shaft of the box into it.
7. Insert the centering device into the clutch and gradually tighten the fixing bolts to the required torque. Pull out the centering tool (see photo).
8. Upon completion, reinstall the gearbox.
