Replacing the tailgate lock (Peugeot 307)

To remove the tailgate lock:

• remove the upholstery of the tailgate;

• remove bolts 1 (pic. 10.33) fastenings of the lock of a door of a luggage compartment;
• disconnect the electrical connector from the lock;
• remove the lock 2, after squeezing the locking latches on the sides.

Install in the reverse order of removal. After installation, check the operation of the lock and its electric drive.
