- wear protective gloves and goggles to eliminate any risk of frostbite;
- do not work with liquid refrigerant near open flames or hot objects (like a lit cigarette), to avoid the risk of toxic fumes being released;
- it is necessary to work in a ventilated room;
- when opening the air conditioning circuit, immediately close all pipelines with plugs to prevent moisture from entering;
- new parts must warm up to ambient temperature to avoid vapor condensation;
- the plugs of the fittings of the parts must be removed at the last moment before installation;
- the condenser must not remain open to contact with atmospheric air for more than 5 minutes (even if it is connected to the circuit), since the built-in replaceable element of the dehydrator can be saturated with moisture;
- if the circuit has been in contact with atmospheric air for a long time, change the dehydrator element and the compressor oil;
- when connecting fittings, use only new sealing rings;
- before installing the sealing rings, lubricate them with compressor oil;
- it is forbidden to turn on the air conditioning system when liquid refrigerant is drained from its circuit;
- Before filling the circuit with liquid refrigerant, check the oil level in the compressor.
Attention! Air conditioning compressor lubricant has a very high hygroscopicity. When carrying out work, use only new operating materials. It is forbidden to remove the compressor oil fill plug when the circuit is filled with refrigerant.
