Pic. 2.1. Indication of the number of kilometers remaining until the next maintenance on the total mileage counter

Pic. 2.2. Indication of the number of kilometers of daily and total runs
A few seconds later, after turning off the ignition, the daily and total mileage counters will work in normal mode (pic. 2.2).
Pic. 2.3. Wrench indication on odometer if service is less than 1000 km
If the vehicle is less than 1,000 km from the next service, a few seconds after the ignition is switched on, the trip and trip meters will operate normally, but the wrench symbol will remain lit (pic. 2.3). It serves as a reminder of the need for maintenance in the near future.
Pic. 2.4. Indication of the mileage passed since the missed maintenance on the total mileage counter
If the next service interval is missed, each time the ignition is turned on, the wrench symbol and the mileage number since the missed service will flash for a few seconds (pic. 2.4).
Note. The wrench symbol will remain lit while the engine is running until service has been completed.
Zero setting
After passing the next maintenance at a Peugeot service station, the counter is set to zero by the station specialists. If maintenance is carried out by yourself, then to reset the counter to zero, you must perform the following steps:
- turn off the ignition;
- press and hold the trip meter zero button;
- turn on the ignition.
Note. If at the end of this operation it is necessary to disconnect the battery, first close the central locking of the car and wait at least 5 minutes - otherwise the zeroing performed will not be recorded in the computer's memory.
The odometer will start counting down. When the display shows 0, release the button and the wrench symbol will go out.
