Attention! On models since 1994, the indicated interval for this procedure is 30,000 km.
1. Warm up the transmission oil by driving a short distance.
2. Raise the front of the car.
3. Remove dipstick (1) to measure the level and then place a suitable container under the gearbox. The gearbox has two drain plugs, one on the crankcase and the other on the differential box (plugs are indicated by arrows). Unscrew both drain plugs and drain the gear oil completely into a container.
4. After draining the transmission oil, screw the plugs back in place and lower the vehicle to the ground.
5. Pour transmission oil through the dipstick tube (at the same time, a thin stream of oil should appear from the hole), test drive and correct the oil level.
