Removing
1. Apply the handbrake, raise the front of the vehicle and support it on stands.
2. Drain the coolant from the cooling system or pinch the cooling system hoses near the oil cooler.
3. Place a suitable container under the oil filter and unscrew the filter.
4. Loosen the clamps securing the cooling system hoses to the oil cooler and remove the hoses from the radiator.
5. Remove the oil cooler bolt (A) to the cylinder block and remove the radiator. Notice the groove (IN), located on the radiator ledge.
Installation
1. Install a new O-ring on the back of the radiator and install the radiator on the cylinder block.
2. Align the mounting groove in the radiator with the protrusion on the cylinder block and secure the radiator with the bolt.
3. Install the oil filter and lower the car. Check engine oil level.
4. Install the cooling system hoses on the radiator and check the coolant level. Start the engine and check the oil cooler installation for leaks.
