Removing
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Inside the car, open the immobilizer cover and turn the fuse box cover lock by 90°. Disconnect the electrical connector from the block, unscrew the mounting screws and remove the lower panel from the driver's side.
3. On engines with cable-operated clutch release, remove the clutch cable from the pedal.
4. On models with hydraulic clutch release, remove the master cylinder pushrod ball joint from the pedal.
5. Unscrew the bolt and nut and remove the clutch pedal.
Installation
1. Lubricate the clutch pedal pivot points.
2. Insert the pedal into place and secure it with a bolt and nut.
3. Connect the clutch cable or master cylinder push rod to the pedal.
4. Press the clutch pedal several times.
5. Install the previously removed elements at the bottom of the panel and connect the battery.
