Toe is called the lateral distance between the wheels. Positive convergence means; that the wheels, when measured at the level of the center of the wheel, stand somewhat closer together in front than behind. Negative toe-in means that the front wheels are further apart at the front than at the rear.
Camber is the angle at which the plane of the wheel deviates from the vertical. Thus, the front wheels are inclined and, for example, with negative camber at the point of contact, the wheels with the ground are further apart than at the top.
Toe-in and camber reduce the stress generated by impacts caused by uneven road surfaces on the steering and reduce cornering friction.
Attention! Adjusting the camber and toe requires special equipment, so it is recommended that this work be entrusted to a specialized workshop.
