The outer part of the transverse arm is bolted to the transverse beam.
It should be borne in mind that the suspension of cars with diesel engines of 2.1 liters has a modified transverse arm. In addition, the underframe for these engines has been reinforced.
A stabilizer bar is installed between both transverse arms. Its ends are fixed with racks on transverse levers. The stabilizer bar itself is attached to the lower part of the frame cross member by means of silent blocks and mounting clamps (see illustration 1.0). The diameter of the anti-roll bar is not the same for all car models. In most cases, the diameter is 25 mm. For some car models, the front suspension does not have an anti-roll bar, for example, cars «Jumpy» release since 1997.

7 - suspension strut with coil spring
8 - front stretch (not available on all models)
9 - stretch back (not available on all models)
The outer ends of the drive shafts are fixed in the hub bearings. Shock absorber springs are not the same for all vehicles. Therefore, when replacing a spring, it is necessary to indicate the model and year of manufacture.
Attention! The diameter of the ball joint pin on the steering knuckle of CITROEN cars has been increased during the production process. In view of the fact that this entailed a change in the hole on the fist for the ball joint pin, then, accordingly, the steering knuckles themselves were changed. If during the operation of the car it is necessary to replace the steering knuckle, then it will be necessary to install a transverse lever with a modified ball joint. To avoid the purchase of a knowingly non-conforming part, it is mandatory to indicate the identification number of the vehicle or the year of manufacture.
