Interior door trim panels — removal and installation (Peugeot Partner I)

Front door

Removing

1. On models without power windows, remove the power window handle from the corresponding axle (pic. 11.1).



2. Using a small screwdriver, carefully pry the base of the door handrail trim panel. Remove the handrail trim panel from the top mounting lug and remove it from the handrail (pic. 11.2, a, b).






3. Remove the two screws in the center of the inside door handle.

4. Gently pry up the frame of the inner door handle and unhook it from the handle (pic. 11.4, a, b).





5. Remove the speaker from the door as described in chapter 12.

6. Using a suitable fork tool, release the clips around the entire perimeter of the interior door trim panel.

7. Pull the panel out, lift it up and remove it from the door (pic. 11.7).

Installation

8. Before installation, check if the trim panel clips are broken during removal. Replace if necessary. Install the panel in the reverse order of removal.

Sliding side door

Removing

9. Remove the sliding side door as described in paragraph 10.

10. Remove the two screws securing the top of the panel to the door (pic. 11.10).



11. Using a suitable fork tool, release the fasteners around the entire perimeter of the interior door trim panel (pic. 11.11).




12. Remove the panel from the door.

Installation

13. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Double-leaf rear door

Removing

14. Using a suitable fork tool, release the latches around the entire perimeter of the interior door trim panel (pic. 11.14).



15. Remove the panel from the door.

Installation

16. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
